At MENAGERIE Intimates, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and hygiene strips are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
